2- Unexplained weight gain

You eat a balanced diet and exercise… but are the pounds just piling on for no reason? A liver saturated with toxins can slow your metabolism and make weight management more difficult. The liver stores fat instead of eliminating it, which can lead to gradual weight gain.
What to do: Choose foods that support liver function, such as artichokes, black radishes, or lemons. Avoid alcohol and refined sugars, which further strain the liver.
3- A skin that reflects an internal imbalance
Persistent acne, redness, eczema, dull complexion… Your skin is a reflection of your mood. If your liver has trouble eliminating toxins, they can build up and cause skin problems.
Tip: Drink an infusion of milk thistle or dandelion, two plants known for their liver detoxifying effects. Also consider adding omega-3 fatty acids (oily fish, flaxseed) to nourish your skin from within.
