Clove tea: benefits, recipes and precautions

5 to 6 cloves
1 cup of hot water
Optional: a little honey or lemon to sweeten
the taste Preparation:

Bring the water to a boil.
Add the cloves and let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
Strain it and enjoy it warm, preferably in the morning or after meals.

⚠️ Precautions for use

Don't overuse: 1 cup per day is enough.
Not recommended for pregnant women, children and people who suffer from stomach ulcers.
