Saturday morning and I'm kicking it off with a lovely Christmas recipe again. I've put together a bread recipe - a Christmas bread recipe. This turned out so good. I've only made one loaf so far but I'll probably have to make more so we can have it over Christmas. You have to try this, it was so good! It will go soooooo well with the Christmas ham, yum. The mulled wine added a soooo good flavor to the bread, if you don't like mulled wine you can try adding it to Christmas must instead.
NINA'S CHRISTMAS LOAF, 1 pc
4 dl rye sifted or spelt flour
2 dl wheat flour
2 dl oatmeal
2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate
2 dl water
