Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the dish to form an even crust.

Layer the ingredients in order: corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.

Top with the second can of crescent roll dough, pinching the edges to seal.
