Russian Salad 😋🥗
Ingredients:
- 3 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 120 ml cooked peas
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 120 ml mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
On a cutting board, dice the carrots and potatoes.
In a small saucepan of water over medium heat, cook the carrots for 10 minutes, drain, let cool, and set aside.
In a small saucepan of water over medium heat, cook the potatoes for 20 minutes, drain, let cool, and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the cooked vegetables, onion, mayonnaise, parsley, and season to taste.
